Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GearSync Pro (the "Service"), a browser-based inventory and cross-posting tool for gear resellers, provided by WheelHouse Forms LLC, an Alabama limited liability company ("WheelHouse Forms," "we," "us," or "our"). By using gearsync.pro or the GearSync Pro app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service, including to make a purchase.

2. What the Service Is

GearSync Pro helps you catalog gear, generate listing content, and dispatch listings to third-party marketplaces from one screen. The app runs in your browser and stores your inventory, transactions, and settings locally on your device — we do not host or back up this data on our servers. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, that local data is gone; it's your responsibility to use the app's export/backup feature if you want a copy.

3. Purchases & Pricing

GearSync Pro is offered under two purchase models, both processed securely through Stripe:

• One-time lifetime purchase — a single payment unlocks marketplace dispatching in the browser where you complete checkout, for as long as you keep using that browser/device (or recover access as described below).
• Pay-per-use credits — credits are tied to the email address you check out with and come in two tiers, priced separately: one tier covers a Post click to a single marketplace, the other covers a Post click to two or more marketplaces at once. One credit is spent each time you click Post in the Cross-Post Dispatcher, matching whichever tier fits the marketplaces you selected. Credits can be used from any device by entering the same email.

All prices are shown at checkout before you pay. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds, including for unused credits, except where required by law.

4. Third-Party Marketplaces — Read This

GearSync Pro is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reverb, eBay, Meta/Facebook, Craigslist, Sweetwater, or any other marketplace referenced in the app.

To dispatch listings, you must provide your own credentials for each marketplace (for example, a Reverb personal access token you generate yourself, or your own eBay account connected via that marketplace's official login). You are solely responsible for:

• Complying with each marketplace's own terms of service, seller policies, and fees;
• The accuracy of any listing content you dispatch or copy-paste, including AI-generated descriptions and estimated values, which you should review before posting;
• Any consequences of posting — including account restrictions, listing removals, disputes, or fees — imposed by that marketplace, not by us;
• Keeping your own marketplace credentials secure.

We relay your listing data to the marketplaces you select; we do not review, approve, or guarantee the outcome of any listing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or attempt to circumvent the purchase/credit system (for example, by tampering with the app to access paid features without payment). We may suspend the credit-purchase and dispatch backend for accounts or activity we reasonably believe violate these Terms.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated content (including gear identification, condition assessments, and price estimates) is a starting point, not professional appraisal advice — verify it yourself before relying on it commercially.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WheelHouse Forms LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service — including loss of locally stored inventory data, or outcomes on third-party marketplaces. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms or change the Service (including pricing) at any time. Material changes to these Terms take effect when posted here with an updated effective date; continued use of the Service after that means you accept the change.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.
